  • Will there be transportation to the Wedding on Saturday?

    Yes, we will be providing roundtrip transportation for guests from No:81 Hotel. It will be a scenic 45 minute drive, and we want everyone to sit back and relax!

    Shuttles will depart from No:81 Hotel at 5:00 PM. Please be ready at the entrance of the hotels 10 mins before departure.

    Shuttles will depart from the wedding venue to return to the hotels at midnight, 1:30 AM and 3:00 AM.

    Are there Ubers and Taxis?

    Uber does not operate in Bodrum, but there are plenty of yellow cabs that the hotel can hail for you. Our planner can also give you information to book a private driver for wedding event transfers if you’d like.

    Driving there?

    There is parking available at the wedding venue.

  • What time does the wedding start?

    The ceremony starts at 6:00 PM. We ask that you please arrive by 5:45 PM at the latest to ensure that you have time to make your way to the ceremony location and get settled.

  • Wednesday Night: Sunset Welcome Cocktail

    Come as you are, colorful cocktail outfits are encouraged!

    Thursday Night: Black Tie

    Pull out your finest gowns and tuxedos… This is Türkiye, so have fun with it!

    Ladies, the venue will be a lot of grass and cobblestone, so keep that in mind when selecting your footwear for the evening.

    The weather in Bodrum?‍ ‍

    It is almost always sunny and warm in early September. You can expect the temperatures to be 25-30°C during the day and 23-25°C in the evening.

  • Are there direct flights to Bodrum?

    If you are travelling from the US you may need to travel to Istanbul and take a short flight to Bodrum.

    If you plan to attend the Wednesday Welcome Drinks, please plan to land in Bodrum by Wednesday morning, September 9, 2026 to guarantee enough travel time.

    Do I need a visa?

    Guests from the US and UK will not need a visa. For those travelling from outside of the UK & US, this should be a quick process and can be obtained electronically. Please reach out directly to our planners (info@ucgluxurydestinationevents.com) should you need any help in securing your visa.

  • Are children welcome at the wedding?

    Our little guests are welcome! Just a note: the venue is somewhat remote and doesn’t have rooms, so please decide what works best for your family.

    Can I take / post pictures of the wedding on social media?

    For the large part, yes! However, our ceremony will be “unplugged”, and we will ask you to be fully present in the moment with us by switching off your phones. Ceremony aside, we would love to see the evening through your eyes, and encourage you to upload your best photos into a “digital guestbook” via a QR code. More detail to follow on the day.
