Will there be transportation to the Wedding on Saturday?

Yes, we will be providing roundtrip transportation for guests from No:81 Hotel. It will be a scenic 45 minute drive, and we want everyone to sit back and relax!

Shuttles will depart from No:81 Hotel at 4:00 PM sharp. Please be ready at the entrance of the hotel at 3:45 PM.

The first shuttle back to No:81 Hotel will depart Değirmen 81 at midnight. Shuttles will run continuously until the final shuttle at 3:00 AM.

Are there Ubers and Taxis?

Uber does not operate in Bodrum, but you’ll find taxis everywhere. Your hotel can hail one for you any time. Our planner can also give you information to book a transfer to/from the airport, or to/from the wedding.

Driving there?

There will be complimentary valet parking available at the wedding venue.

What time does the wedding start?

The ceremony starts at 5:15 PM. We ask that you please arrive by 5:00 PM at the latest to ensure that you have time to make your way to the ceremony location and get settled.

Wednesday September 9th - Welcome Drinks

Dress code: Elevated Resort Cocktail
Chic, polished resortwear. Summery, beachy, airy and elegant, but not formal.

Thursday September 10th - Wedding Day

Dress code: Formal
Elegant, polished eveningwear is encouraged. Black tie is not required, and there’s no prescribed palette or silhouette - just come dressed to celebrate in your best formal look!

Değirmen 81 is mostly grass, so we highly recommend avoiding stiletto heels.

The temperature will likely be around 26°C/80°F during the day, and drop to 21°C/70°F at night.

Are there direct flights to Bodrum?

If you are travelling from the US you may need to travel to Istanbul and take a short flight to Bodrum.

If you plan to attend the Wednesday Welcome Drinks, please plan to land in Bodrum by Wednesday morning, September 9, 2026 to guarantee enough travel time.

Do I need a visa?

Guests from the US and UK will not need a visa. For those travelling from outside of the UK & US, this should be a quick process and can be obtained electronically. Please reach out directly to our planners (info@ucgluxurydestinationevents.com) should you need any help in securing your visa.

Are children welcome at the wedding?

Our little guests are welcome! Just a note: the venue is somewhat remote and doesn’t have rooms, so please decide what works best for your family.

Can I take / post pictures of the wedding on social media?

For the large part, yes! However, our ceremony will be “unplugged”, and we will ask you to be fully present in the moment with us by switching off your phones.
